Leon has brought his background in martial arts, with the discipline and determination to succeed, to the Sycon Wealth business. 

Having completed his Diploma in Business, he launched himself into the finance world and now also has a Diploma in Financial Planning under his belt.  This knowledge and experience is channelled into assisting our Advisers with all facets of their Financial Planning businesses.

The level of focus and dedication that he applies to his training, has been converted into a diligent and conscientious effort in ensuring the correct procedures are followed for all components of the administration process “behind the scenes”. 

Leon prides himself on attention to detail and the satisfaction of completing a process translates into a highly efficient service for clients.
